ORDER AMENDS & CANCELLATIONS
Our warehouse processing team quickly fulfills and ships orders to customers. For this reason, it is difficult to amend and/or cancel an order after it has been placed. If you would like to attempt making changes or cancelling your order, please send us the Order Number in a message titled PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER so we will prioritize your email. Orders that cannot be cancelled may still be eligible for a return. Please check the return policy.
ISSUE WITH ITEMS RECEIVED
We manufacture and package PhytoRadiance products with great care and attention to detail. However, should you not receive your full order, please send a message to customer service and your issue will be thoroughly investigated. If you receive products in an unsatisfactory condition, please let us know within 3 days. Please send your order number, clear photos of damaged items alongside your packing slip, and explanation of issue to customer service using the email address associated with the order. Please do not dispose of the items until your case is resolved.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Except for holidays, we process orders Monday-Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM CST. The average order processing time is 1-3 business days after it has been received in our system. The courier method you select during check out will determine the final delivery time to your doorsteps. Note that customs clearance may add additional transit time which is out of our control.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days with a receipt. We will accept returns of full beauty and wellness products only. Ingestible products are not eligible for return due to health and safety protocols. Upon receiving your return package, you will be issued the amount you paid for the product minus shipping costs.
All returns must include a RTN number which will be given to you when you email customer service to initiate the process. It can take 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your banking institution. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost for returns.
